(i) Workshops: 100% Money Back Guarantee : If you are not completely satisfied that the workshop offered by NZ Property Gurus Limited has delivered what NZ Property Gurus Limited has promised, simply advise a NZ Property Gurus Limited representative at the end of the workshop. You must advise a NZ Property Gurus representative in person, on the day of the workshop attended and we will refund your purchase price in full.

(ii) Cancellations: Cancellation of orders and workshops are in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please contact us if you need to cancel any purchase from NZ Property Gurus Limited. We will be happy to assist you.

(iii) FEES:  All direct costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

NZ Property Gurus Limited accepts cash, cheques, money orders and Visa/MasterCard/American Express. NZ Property Gurus Limited also accepts direct credit from NZ customers.

Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.

Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the price advertised may not be the same price charged to a credit card account used to purchase goods or services. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert all purchases to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. We have no control over additional fees that may be charged to your credit card for this service and do not accept liability for these charges.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NZ Property Gurus Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE.
